Promotion Terms

1. General rules

These rules cover every offer at Pickering Casino, including the welcome offer, the Promotions page, Pickering Rewards and VIP offers. Each offer page may add its own details, and those details apply together with this page.

Bonus money is held apart from the cash in your account, and you cannot withdraw it until that bonus's wagering is complete.

Every promotion is also covered by our Player Agreement. If the two conflict on a bonus matter, this page prevails.

2. Welcome offer

Deposit Match Worth Up to C$4,500 + 20 Free Spins

Put in C$10 or more and you receive a match bonus worth up to C$4,500, plus 20 free spins. Here are the main conditions:

C$10 minimum deposit
35x wagering on the bonus amount
while a bonus is active, each round is limited to a maximum stake of C$8
the most you can withdraw from the offer is six times the first deposit you made
20 free spins included

Players in Ontario cannot claim this welcome offer.

3. Expiry

When a bonus is credited, your account shows the date by which you must use it and complete its wagering.

If wagering is still unfinished when that date arrives, we remove the bonus funds and any winnings generated from them. Your real-money balance stays as it is.

4. Opting in

No bonus is credited unless you opt in. To take an offer, pick it in the cashier before depositing, or switch it on from the Promotions page.

You may decline an offer at any time before it is credited. Once credited, you can still cancel it from your account if you change your mind. Cancelling removes both the bonus and any winnings generated by it.

5. Bonus abuse and voiding

Our promotions are meant for players who enjoy the games. The following counts as bonus abuse:

opening extra accounts so that one offer can be claimed several times
placing bets on both sides of a single event to work through wagering at low risk
placing bets above the maximum stake while a bonus is active
using software or methods designed to clear wagering requirements without real risk
letting fellow players use your offers or accounts

Where bonus abuse is found, the bonus, any winnings from it and the bets involved may be voided, and access to future offers may be removed.

6. Maximum conversion

The welcome offer limits the winnings you may withdraw to six times your first deposit. Once wagering is complete and you ask to cash out, any amount above that cap is lost.

Winnings from your own cash, played without a bonus, are not affected by this cap.

7. Who can take part

Players qualify for promotions when they:

have reached the age of 19
play from an area of Canada that is open to our players
have one verified Pickering Casino account
do not currently have a self-exclusion or cooling-off pause active

The welcome offer is not open to players in Ontario. VIP offers are by invitation only, and Pickering Rewards benefits depend on your level.

8. Wagering and game types

The welcome offer carries 35x wagering on the bonus amount. This means the total of your real bets must reach 35 times the bonus amount before the bonus turns into withdrawable cash.

Game types count differently towards wagering:

slots count towards wagering
certain table games and Live Casino titles contribute only partly or not at all
certain titles are excluded while a bonus is active

Each title's information panel lists its contribution. Wagers on excluded titles leave your remaining wagering unchanged. You can check your progress in your account whenever you like.

9. Maximum bet

C$8 per round is the top stake permitted while a bonus remains active, and that cap covers bonus buys, gamble features and side bets too.

Any bet above C$8 may lead to the bonus being voided along with winnings linked to it. The cap stops applying once wagering is complete or the bonus is cancelled.

10. One bonus at a time

Bonuses run one at a time on each account. If you claim a new offer while another is active, the new one waits in a queue until the first finishes, expires or is cancelled.

11. Changes

We may modify or cancel promotions, such as when legislation changes or an offer is being abused. Any bonus you have claimed continues to follow the conditions that were valid when you claimed it.
